Cincinnati’s Complete Count Committee is a team of community and business leaders appointed by Mayor Mark Mallory to develop an outreach and awareness campaign for the 2010 Census.

The Cincinnati Complete Count Committee is chaired by Mayor Mark Mallory with two managing co-chairs:
1. Donna Jones Baker, President/CEO, The Urban League of Greater Cincinnati
2. Charles Graves, Director of Planning & Buildings Department, City of Cincinnati
